No Accutane/isotretinoin
Do not use high doses of Accutane, also known as isotretinoin, for at least 6 months prior to treatment.
Microneedling creates precise micro-injuries in the skin to activate the body's own healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production for improved texture, firmness, and skin quality. Available in four formats from serum-infusion to RF-powered deep remodeling, with optional add-ons for enhanced results.

Microneedling treatments create controlled micro-injuries in the skin and scalp to activate the body’s natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production. This process improves skin texture, firmness, and overall quality, while also enhancing scalp health and supporting stronger, thicker hair growth.

Utilises electroporation and microneedling to infuse active serums deep into the skin or scalp. Improves hydration, elasticity, and cellular renewal.
Microneedling combined with Platelet-Rich Plasma to accelerate healing, stimulate collagen, and restore radiance. Ideal for dull, uneven, or ageing skin.
Microneedling with Platelet-Rich Fibrin for a sustained release of growth factors. Encourages long-term collagen regeneration and improves skin density.
Combines radiofrequency energy with microneedling for deep collagen remodeling, skin tightening, and scar reduction. Ideal for advanced skin rejuvenation.
Care guide
Please follow these care instructions before and after your treatment to support a safer and more comfortable experience.
Do not use high doses of Accutane, also known as isotretinoin, for at least 6 months prior to treatment.
Refrain from alcohol and smoking for 1–3 days before your procedure, as they can impair healing and platelet function.
Reduce caffeine intake 24 hours before treatment if you are prone to bruising.
Discontinue blood-thinning medications, such as aspirin or ibuprofen, for 7 days before treatment to minimize bruising.
Always consult your doctor before stopping any prescribed medication.
Stop using retinoids, strong exfoliants, such as AHAs or BHAs, vitamin C serums, and topical acne treatments for 3–5 days before treatment to reduce skin sensitivity.
For hair: wash your hair on the day of your appointment.
Minimize direct sun exposure and avoid tanning for at least 2 weeks prior. Do not treat sunburned skin.
Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to treatment to optimize skin hydration and treatment response.
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free treatment area.
Postpone if you have active cystic acne, cold sores, eczema, or skin infections.
Avoid other cosmetic procedures, such as laser, peels, or injectables, on the area for 2 weeks prior.
Gently cleanse the area with a mild, non-abrasive cleanser. Avoid all makeup for 24 hours to reduce infection risk.
Do not touch, rub, scratch, or pick at the treated area. Allow any micro-scabs or peeling skin to shed naturally.
Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or small bumps are normal and typically resolve within 1–3 days.
Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24–48 hours post-treatment to minimize bruising and support healing, aligning with pre-care.
Avoid strenuous exercise, sweating, saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and swimming for 7 days.
For scalp treatments: avoid washing hair for 12 hours post-procedure.
Resume gentle, hydrating skincare after 24 hours. Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and acids for 5–7 days.
Hair: you may resume your regular hair care routine, such as shampooing and styling, after 24–48 hours.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 3–7 days. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30+ daily.
Drink 2–3 liters of water daily for the first 3 days to aid recovery and enhance results.
Delay other facial or treatment area procedures, such as facials, chemical peels, laser, or microdermabrasion, for 2 weeks to allow the skin to heal fully.
Contact us immediately if you experience signs of infection, such as increasing redness, warmth, pus, or fever, severe pain, or unusual symptoms.
For scalp treatments: mild shedding in the first few days is normal.
A series of treatments is often recommended for optimal outcomes. Maintain good hydration, strict sun protection, and a consistent skincare routine to enhance and prolong your results.
Questions
EPN Microneedling uses electroporation, a low-level electrical pulse that temporarily opens microchannels in the cell membrane, alongside needling, to push active serums deep into the skin. Best for hydration, early aging, and cellular renewal.
PRP + Dermapen uses Dermapen microneedling combined with Platelet-Rich Plasma applied immediately after, which penetrates the open microchannels. Best for dull skin, fine lines, acne scars, and overall skin quality.
PRF + Dermapen works the same way but uses PRF instead of PRP, delivering a higher concentration of growth factors with a slower, more sustained release. Best for skin density and deeper regeneration.
EndyMed Intensif is the most advanced format, it simultaneously delivers radiofrequency energy through gold-plated needles deep into the dermis, adding thermal remodeling to the mechanical microneedling effect. Best for skin laxity, deep acne scars, deep wrinkles, and clients wanting the strongest possible result.
Exosomes EXXO is an advanced regenerative add-on applied after microneedling. Exosomes are cell-signaling molecules that accelerate tissue repair, enhance collagen stimulation, and improve post-treatment recovery, amplifying and extending the results of any microneedling session.
Subcision is a targeted technique for treating acne scars, a fine needle is inserted under the scar to break up the fibrotic bands tethering the scar to deeper tissue, releasing the depression. Combined with microneedling, it significantly improves the appearance of tethered, rolling, or boxcar acne scars.
EPN and Dermapen treatments: 4–6 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. EndyMed Intensif: 3 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, is the standard protocol for most clients. Results from Intensif can last up to 12 months per course. Your doctor will recommend the right number based on your specific concerns.
Initial improvement in skin texture and glow is typically visible within 1–2 weeks. More significant results, particularly for scarring, firmness, and pore size, develop progressively over 1–Progressive improvement as new collagen forms. Results compound with each session.
Not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active acne breakouts or skin infections at the treatment site, have keloid scarring tendency (particularly for deeper treatments), are currently taking blood-thinning medications or isotretinoin (Accutane, wait 6 months), or have pacemakers or metal implants (for EndyMed Intensif specifically). A full medical history will be reviewed at the consultation.
